Sacramento's Innovative Treatment for Musculoskeletal Pain
Our Approach
1. Examination
We'll take you through a comprehensive orthopedic evaluation to pinpoint the exact source of your pain, combined with functional testing to assess what other functional factors are contributing to your condition. Based on your findings, we'll create a treatment solution that best fits you and your concerns.
2. Treatment
We integrate sports chiropractic, shockwave therapy, myofascial release techniques, and rehabilitation to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and help you get back to the activities you love. Treatments are usually rendered same day as the examination.
3. Refinement
As we guide you through your treatment plan, we'll emphasize different treatment tactics to progress you from controlling pain and inflammation to improving strength and resilience.

Sports Chiropractic
Hands on mobilization technique that improves joint range of motion, reduces muscle pain/spasm, and improves biomechanics.

IASTM
The use of a stainless-steel instrument applied to the skin in a gliding manner to disorganize fibrotic spots under the skin, improve mobility, and reduce pain.

Shockwave Therapy
A research proven therapeutic device that uses sound waves to break up scar tissue, improve blood flow, and downregulate pain signals.

Cupping
This technique involves using flexible cups to decompress a local area of skin, creating space for the tissues underneath to move and glide.
